1. What is the perfect number of kids to have? On a good day – as many as God wants to give me. On a really bad day – KIDS? WHO WANTS KIDS????
2. What is the first thing you want to do when you are in a really bad mood? Guzzle a diet coke (no, I’m not kidding!)
3. What's your favorite way to relax? Drinking a can of Diet Coke. BUT, since I don’t do that anymore… Bury myself in a good book or movie.
4. What would you like to do? Go someplace!
5. Where would you like to go? Preferably somewhere warm!!
6. Who would you like to meet? Heidi Baker and all her orphans too! Heather says we’re going! YAY!!!!!
7. What's your most embarrassing memory? (come on! Do tell!!) When I asked someone who wasn’t pregnant when she was due. WHOOO BOY! I could never face her again. A close second was when I fell face down into the manure pile. Okay… now it’s YOUR TURN!
8. What's your BEST memory? My best memories are when God reveals Himself to me in a new way.
9. What would you like to do over? A better question would be what WOULDN’T I like to do over?! Who wrote these questions anyway???
10. What is one thing that life has taught you? I know what it’s TRYING to teach me (but I can be thick headed sometimes!) is that it’s all about relationships! God wanting an intimate relationship with us and also about our relationships with others.
11. What would you consider one of your strengths? Hmmm… It’s really hard to be objective here… EATING!!!!!!
12. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be? I only get to change one??? Heather wants to change my roman nose. But I suppose pride should go first. Then maybe we can talk about the nose thing. LOL.
13. Who (besides Jesus) has been a major influence in your life and how have they influenced you??? Some of these questions are TOUGH!!! Hmmm…. I guess I’m gonna say Betsy (my pastors wife). She challenges me to think differently! She’s always reminding me that it’s not who we are but WHOSE we are. And that it’s not how much we love God (that that shouldn’t be our focus) but how much He loves us.

I can't wait to read YOUR answers! :)

1. What is the perfect number of kids to have? I used to think it was 4 or 5, then I had a 6th child, and finally a 7th. I found out you just can't put a perfect number on these kinds of gifts.

2. What is the first thing you want to do when you are in a really bad mood? Take a nap or get away by myself.

3. What's your favorite way to relax? sleep

4. What would you like to do? Today I am still getting over being sick so taking a nap sounds pretty good to me, even though I just got up about an hour ago.

5. Where would you like to go? not sure right now...

6. Who would you like to meet? My maternal grandparents.

7. What's your most embarrassing memory? (come on! Do tell!!) Finding yesterday's pair of underwear sneaking out the bottom of my pantleg while out in public!

8. What's your BEST memory? The births of my children; not the actual labor and delivery, but the awesomeness of a new life.

9. What would you like to do over?
Hold my own kids close on my lap. Go camping at Webster Park with Mom and Dad and my sisters. Marry James.

10. What is one thing that life has taught you? God has a better way of handling a situation than I do. I should just pray and leave the rest up to Him.

11. What would you consider one of your strengths? Being able to laugh and also, through Jesus, to forgive.

12. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be? Hmmm...maybe that I would have more energy and a better ability to set goals and achieve them.

13. Who (besides Jesus) has been a major influence in your life and how have they influenced you??? That's a tough one. There are so many different ways we are influenced. A great answer is always Mom and Dad, but I think James has influenced me in many ways too. He teaches me things and helps me to see in ways that Mom and Dad didin't.
