NEW LENS!

I finally got the new lens I've been drooling over for forever (it's Canon's 70-200 mm)! I got a chance to really try it out down by the bay. Here's a few shots I took with it....

Nice. I tried to take pictures of Canada geese by our lake. Nothing like yours!

Priscilla... have you tried down by Seabreeze? I know it's a hike for you! But the swans will eat right out of your hand there. I think the geese do too and of course the gulls will. The ducks are the only ones that won't!

birds are soooo hard to shoot, hahahaha with a camera! lOL

Actually, they are quite tame in this one area. They've even eaten right out of our hands. So, not too difficult. Though the smaller the bird, the more skittish they seem to be (except for the gulls!). I had never been able to get a decent shot of a pigeon before so that was kinda cool! :)
